BREAKING UPDATE: Up to 15 people may have been injured in the shooting near the Kansas City Chiefs victory parade route, police chief Stacey Graves tells reporters.

Video has been circulating that allegedly shows two young men in custody as the shooters. Police now think this was "criminal in nature" rather than terrorism, but it's not clear what crime was intended. Was this a dispute between them, or some sort of sick thrill-kill plot? We'll wait to see what develops. And pray for Kansas City.
