This is the second operation targeting high-level Hamas targets in the West Bank in two weeks. Just as with that spectacular hostage rescue in Rafah, one has to assume that the IDF is getting very accurate and actionable intelligence on Hamas from Gaza, either from captured records or HUMINT, or both. This is how you take down an entrenched terror network -- you roll it up, and eventually the roll-up accelerates when everyone realizes the incentives have all changed.
