New: Alec Baldwin Indicted for Involuntary Manslaughter ... Again

The indictment charges Baldwin, 65, with involuntary manslaughter (negligent use of a firearm) or, in the alternative, involuntary manslaughter (without due caution or circumspection), both fourth-degree felonies.

[He’s innocent until proven guilty, of course, but it still raises questions about the decision to drop the first indictment. It also raises questions about how special prosecutor Kari Morrissey (no relation) got the new indictment. The armorer for ‘Rust’ complained this week through her attorney that Morrissey had pressured her to testify by charging her with additional crimes not related to the death.
