[It shouldn’t have required a resolution. Chuck Schumer should have stripped Menendez of any committee assignments that would require him to attend intel briefings as soon as the DoJ indicted him on these charges. Menendez could get assigned to other duties that don’t allow access to nat-sec information until the charges are resolved. — Ed]
