[Jimmy] Harkins is a highly-decorated former NYPD detective who has previously worked for Calvin Klein, John Gotti Jr and played a cop in the Martin Scorcese film The Irishman.

The people who got fleeced by the FTX/Alameda scam weren’t on the “street.” SBF owned FTX and 90% of Alameda, so the mystery is where the money went, not who did the fleecing. Most likely, SBF’s defense team wants to pursue an argument that his partners scammed him and then cut a deal with prosecutors to hang the fraud on him.
