Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake blasted journalists for jumping on accusations that she was responsible for a break-in at the office of her Democratic opponent Katie Hobbs.
“You gotta do better, guys,” Lake said. “We’re 13 days out from the election and you’re trying to influence this election, much like you did in 2020 when you refused to cover Joe Biden’s criminal son Hunter Biden’s laptop. You refused to cover that, you refused to cover the evidence that was on that. This time, it is the other way around. Completely bogus stories and you’re running with it. Absolute fake news.”
