Cuomo is designing a plan to vindicate himself, the former aides and his attorney say, over what he views as a politically driven report by state Attorney General Letitia James that corroborated claims he sexually harassed 11 women, including subordinates, and forced him from office.

“I do expect you’ll be hearing from the governor relatively soon on this issue,” his lawyer, Rita Glavin, said. “I can’t give you the date, but I know he’s planning to make some comments.”
