Dominion subpoenas Giuliani, Powell, Lindell in lawsuit against Fox

Dominion sued Fox News in Delaware Superior Court for defamation for spreading baseless conspiracy theories about election fraud involving the company’s voting machines, in addition to separate federal lawsuits against Powell, Giuliani, Lindell and MyPillow. The voting machine company notified the Delaware court on Monday it had issued subpoenas to Giuliani, Powell, Lindell and MyPillow, and Bloomberg reports they have until July 25 to respond. Giuliani’s subpoena asks for the lawyer’s communications with Fox regarding Dominion and the 2020 election, all documents related to his appearances on Fox since 2016 and information about the nature of his relationship with Fox and whether he’s compensated for his appearances, according to a copy of the subpoena reported by Bloomberg.
