At a rally last night in Pennsylvania, Trump seemed to attack the former Secretary of State by bringing up Bill Clinton‘s history, saying “I don’t think she’s even loyal to Bill to tell the truth…and why should she be?” Giuliani is one of Trump’s surrogates who has approved of attacking Clinton this way, but Tapper asked him if that was truly “normal, stable behavior” against a political opponent.

When Giuliani brought up what Clinton has said about Trump, Tapper challenged him again by asking if it was really fair game to “make stuff up, just [to make] wild accusations” without any proof that Mrs. Clinton is an adulterer.
