Hillary's campaign manager: Russia did the DNC hack and they leaked the emails to help Trump

Mook told Jake Tapper, “Experts are telling us Russian state actors broke into the DNC, stole these emails, and other experts are now saying the Russians are releasing these emails for the purpose of helping Donald Trump.”

Tapper asked him what evidence is out there. Mook referred to pieces that have been written recently on potential scheming by the Russian government to help Trump win (and the Trump campaign returning the favor by, say, changing the GOP platform to be more pro-Putin last week).
