We tracked mentions of “Biden” and “gaffe” in the news since January of 2007, putting together a timeline of the vice president’s best and worst months. (One nice thing about journalistic reliance on cliche terms like “gaffe” is that it makes things like this so much easier.) So far in September, mentions of his gaffes are barely above the level of background noise compared to some of the months he’s seen. We labeled them and explain them below.
