Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo., explained on Fox News Wednesday night that the Obama administration was frantically trying to make Obamacare work in time for the deadline on October 1.

“The White House truly, they’re frantic, panicked, they’re trying to put this together with chicken wire and duct tape to make it fly on October 1st,” he said to Fox News host Greta Van Susteren.
Even if the program went forward as planned, Barrasso noted, many Americans would experience “sticker shock” because they would be paying more money than before.
