Rand Paul: Voters are ready for a libertarian Republican in 2016

While the Republican party has fared well in holding congressional districts, Paul noted that it is “becoming less and less of a national party” by not having a presence on the West Coast, in New England, and around the Great Lakes. He said that “people want a party” that shares his views on foreign policy, national security, drug policy, and immigration.
