House Speaker John A. Boehner gave a measured response to a new bipartisan framework for changes to the nation’s immigration laws, to be unveiled by a group of eight senators Monday afternoon.

A spokesman for Boehner (R-Ohio) said he “welcomes the work of leaders like Sen. Rubio on this issue, and is looking forward to learning more about the proposal in the coming days.”
