Boehner on the Rev. Wright Super PAC ad: "This kind of nonsense shouldn't happen"

On Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Obama campaign adviser David Axelrod criticized Mitt Romney for not going far enough in rejecting the super PAC’s exploration of a $10 million ad blitz.

“Tepidly and reluctantly he did,” Axelrod said. “The problem is you have to be consistent in your position. And you have to be genuine and firm in your position. You can’t be guarding in your position or you send the wrong signal and he sent the wrong signals.”
