On tonight’s show, the MSNBC host went after Republican Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz, launching into a line of interrogation after accusing him of “living in his office” for the past two years. “No, I live in Alpine, Utah,” replied a (temporarily) amused Chaffetz.

“Oh, that’s your answer on your tax return, right?” continued O’Donnell, before accusing Chaffetz of living illegally in a federal building.

Chaffetz responded that “I reject the whole premise of what you’re saying there. I live in Alpine, Utah. That’s my home. I work in Washington.”
