But Reid signaled that Scott Brown may give the jobs bill some bipartisan support after another member of the Democratic leadership, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), said that no GOP senators had committed to backing the jobs bill.

“We’re having real good luck with the new senator from Massachusetts,” Reid said. “He has a difficult decision to make, along with a number of other senators.”
“I think there’s more than a 50/50 chance of it,” Reid added.
