Perez, a real estate agent in Orange County, said she accompanied her father on at least two of the slayings, wrote a letter in the killer’s name to San Francisco attorney Melvin Belli and has a pair of glasses she said her father snatched as a trophy from his last known victim.

“I was a child and just thought I was helping my father,” Perez said.

“He told me he killed many people.”
