Richard Kelsey, an Assistant Dean at George Mason University School of Law and former litigator, discusses the sentencing of former Virginia governor Bob McDonnell today. McDonnell got 2 years in prison for corruption, and Professor Kelsey will walk us through the issues involved.
Former CBS News correspondent Sharyl Attkisson will explain her lawsuit against the Department of Justice, the media coverage of her fight and the hacking of her data, and how the media has become part of the abuse of power. We’ll also discuss the criticism Dylan Byers leveled at her yesterday and get Attkisson’s surprising response.
