• Shannon Goessling returns to TEMS to discuss the recent Supreme Court ruling on the Clean Air Act and the limitation of the EPA. The executive director and chief legal counsel for Southeastern Legal Foundation explains the way this decision — unanimous — will restrain the EPA’s impulse to expand its own authority, and why that’s good news for limited government.
• Author Kurt Schlichter joins us for the first time to discuss his new novel, Conservative Insurgency. I can’t believe this is the first time I’ve had Kurt join us, but, er … better late than never!
• Plus I’ll keep promoting my own literary toe-dip in the pool, the foreword to the new paperback edition of Bias!
