Guy Benson and Tina Korbe went with me to the Iowa state fair to track the candidates and try to spot any newsworthy engagements, but Guy and I didn’t count on one thing: Tina’s sweet tooth. We had to keep looking through all the deep-fried food stands to find Tina, who seems to have a never-ending capacity for fair food. That’s not actually true, of course; Guy and I goaded Tina into trying deep-fried butter on a stick, this year’s gastronomical innovation at the fair, after she told us that what she really wanted was a deep-fried Twinkie. Instead, Tina tried both, which I captured on video:

Yes, this is the kind of hard-hitting journalism that the mainstream media simply refuses to do. I think it’s because their health insurers forbid it. When Tina has a cholesterol level of 320 at the age of 30, I have a sneaking suspicion she’s going to blame me for it.

Update: I meant to write 320 for a cholesterol level, not 32. I think Tina’s current cholesterol level is 32, or it was before today.
