The Ed Morrissey Show, State Fair edition: Tom Emmer

The Ed Morrissey Show continues its special Minnesota State Fair editions today, going two hours from 10-noon ET/9-11 CT live from Dan Patch Avenue at the Great Minnesota Get-Together!  We have a great lineup of guests for the show today.  We start with Tom Emmer, the Republican nominee for Governor in our state, who will talk about his campaign and the issues for as long as we can keep him locked in the booth.  Tom’s a great guest, and you’ll get a chance to hear him talk about the issues that matter to Minnesotans.

In the second hour, my old friend and former NARN colleague Michael Brodkorb will join us to discuss the Republican Party’s response to Mark Dayton’s demand that GOP “trackers” wear a uniform to identify them.  (Trackers are people with cameras who record public appearances, something that Democrats have been doing to Emmer for months.)  We’ll also talk with Pat Anderson, the GOP candidate for state auditor, an important position that doesn’t get the attention it deserves.  We’ll discuss the importance of it with Pat, who served one term as state auditor in the past.

If you’re in the Twin Cities, the show will broadcast over AM 1280 The Patriot.  If not, we’ll stream it live through Hot Air, with video and chat, on the permanent TEMS page.
