Hot Air readers may recognize one or two of these questions, but even the well-informed could get tripped up in this segment.  The best rule of thumb is to ask yourself whether a reasonable person would ever suggest using taxpayer dollars for the projects described by Rebel Economist — and if the answer is no, then make sure you say yes.
