All right, all of you die-hard Hot Air weekend readers — I have a challenge for you.  This practically screams for a Caption Contest:

The Flickr source says that Obama and French President Nicolas Sarkozy “jokes around” at the G-8 summit in Ontario, Canada, the pre-meeting ahead of the G-20 summit in Toronto this weekend.  Doesn’t look like Sarkozy’s laughing, or for that matter that Obama’s telling a joke — although Sarkozy could be saying, “Nah, I’ve heard that before.  The punchline is ‘Nanny-state’!”  Let’s see what you all think!  Leave your entries in the comments section, and enjoy!
