The Ed Morrissey Show: Senator Saxby Chambliss, John Ziegler

Today, on the Ed Morrissey Show (3 pm ET), we have plenty of fun and controversy for viewers. First, talk-radio host John Ziegler makes his first appearance on TEMS to talk about his new project, How Obama Got Elected. We’ll discuss the Zogby poll showing much less knowledge about Barack Obama than Sarah Palin among Obama supporters, and check out clips from John’s video interviews of Obama voters.

In the second half, we’ll welcome Senator Saxby Chambliss (R-GA), currently preparing for his run-off election against challenger Jim Martin for the last contended seat in the upper chamber. We’ll discuss Martin’s positions on taxes, abortion, and his strange positioning as Obama’s rubber stamp in a red state like Georgia. Plus, we’ll talk about the upcoming 111th Congress and the issues Chambliss expects to face once re-elected. Find out more about Martin’s record here, and if you want to preserve any hope of a Republican filibuster, contribute to Saxby Chambliss here or at the NRSC.
