Yesterday, I tooled around town on a few errands without wearing a jacket for the first time in six months. The snow had melted off the lawns, the temperature was a balmy 52 degrees, and the sun shone on Minnesota with real warmth. Today, this is what greeted me as I walked out the garage door:

We’ll be getting a nice dump of snow for the next two days. In order to accelerate global warming, I plan on hauling out the snowthrower tonight or tomorrow morning to clean up the driveway.
