Fauci Is at Least Out of Power; Pravda Still Rules America's Minds

It is beyond appropriate to want to hang Fauci from the nearest lamppost until nearly dead, cut him down, draw and quarter him, and ask Abdul El-Sayed to put his head on a spike, since that seems to be his preferred method of declaring victory, but Anthony Fauci could only get away with it because there was a massive conspiracy among academics, public health officials, bureaucrats, and especially the media to turn him into The Science™.

Enemies of freedom and common sense in government come and go, but they gain power and expand it by harnessing the enormous cultural influence of academia and the media to create a propaganda echo chamber that makes it all work on people.

I got to thinking about this after I saw this tweet from Stephen Miller, who shared this clip of Donie O'Sullivan on CNN. O'Sullivan is their "extremism" reporter, and famously the guy who chuckled along with Taylor Lorenz as she celebrated the sexiness and moral quality of Luigi Mangione.

O'Sullivan wants you to know that Democratic Socialists are just like you and me, only nicer. They aren't extreme at all. He should know; he's interviewed Hasan "make their blood run in the streets" Piker, the man who regrets the loss of the Soviet Union and loves Mao Zedong.

It's reporting like this that gives normie Democrats permission to keep voting for insane people, because they are reassured that all the right-wing propaganda against these communists is pure BS. CNN says so! Really, the bad guys are Jews, you know.

The media has famously not covered any of the Fauci diary stories, despite the uncountable revelations that he did little but lie to Americans about COVID, the safety and effectiveness of vaccines, and his own role in creating the pandemic in between his selfies with celebrities.

You would be surprised how many people have no idea what is in that document, and never will. It is 1000 pages of pure narcissistic self-celebration and admissions that he manipulated the world to dance at the tune he created.

Standing in line at CVS today to pick up a prescription for Yolanda. They were still 10 minutes from reopening after lunch (yes, really), and about 60 people were waiting.

An older gentleman—a Navy veteran—and I started talking about Fauci’s refusal to testify. Before long, it felt like the entire line was listening. I was about to take a poll when we realized something surprising: roughly 90% of the people around us had no idea what we were talking about.

Most had never even heard of the Fauci diary.

Whether you see that as concerning or not, it says something about how fragmented the public information landscape has become.

And yes, folks, this is today’s America, and why Bolsheviks, jihadists, and Marxists are winning elections.

Americans have had it too good for too long, and their complacency is about to cost them it all.

Fauci, among other things, admits that he knew early on that the vaccine was not effective and that it wasn't safe, and even describes how he pressured the CDC to hide information that might discourage people from getting the shots and boosters. I can't and won't try to detail all the shocking stuff you can read in that diary because the examples are too numerous, and I just can't get through it all and still do my job.

Fauci shrugs off the knowledge that the vaccine risk profile for young people is NEGATIVE, but browbeats the FDA and CDC into hiding that fact. He is quite proud of doing so, because he wants everybody vaccinated anyway.

Very few people in America will ever hear the truth, and it's because the media doesn't want them to. Instead, we get lots of idiocy like this. Suddenly we are to feel sorry because Fauci is just an old guy.

Perhaps they should trot out the Robert Hur line about Biden: Fauci is a "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."

FFS.

Jeffrey Tucker founded an institute devoted to studying the COVID lockdowns and mandates.

He just spent four days reading Fauci's private diary.

He says nothing could have prepared him for the "cold terror" he felt trying to figure out what demonic force was possessing this man.

TUCKER: "I've spent four days reading that diary… It's a massive treatise, but it's utterly fascinating and introducing me to a side of Fauci... I just… no matter how many bad thoughts I've had about Fauci in the past, nothing could have prepared me for what I read in that diary."

"It's a little bit like if you read Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and just take out the Dr. Jekyll part and just read the Mr. Hyde part. That's what it's like."

"2020 is disgusting enough, but 2021 is where it gets really evil."

"This is where you just can't… your disgust turns to something else. Actually, a kind of A terror. Cold heart. Cold terror. What is possessing this man? I mean, what demonic force has inhabited his spirit that would cause him to do this?"

"I've never seen anything quite like it. And there's nothing that could have prepared me for that diary. Nothing."

Jeffrey Tucker HAS almost finished reading the diary, and it has made him ill. Not a man given to exaggeration, he describes Fauci as "demonic," which is a word I have taken to using after decades of assuming that the description was too hyperbolic for use.

Demonic people don't get power without help, and the single greatest enemy of the American people is not demonic individuals, who come and go, but the institution of the Pravda media that elevates them into heroes.

Academia is so powerful because they are promoted as "experts." Obama became a demigod who happened to have lovely pants creases. Biden was sharp as a tack. Anthony Fauci was The Science™.

All the focus on Fauci is burying the more important story, which is that scientists enforcing a common narrative to the detriment of truth has become extremely common. It's a strong case of in-group behavior in academia that, I believe, most of them are not fully aware of.

As @LocasaleLab put it so aptly "the academic system punishes honesty".

And this is the real story: This isn't just about Fauci. Fauci is just an extreme and very visible example in a case that has attracted a lot of public attention. But misleading the public about the status of scientific research has become extremely widespread.

Dishonesty, self-dealing, and convincing people to comply with absurdities are now standard practice in public policy, science, and all academic disciplines because money and power flow to those who control the flow of information, and Pravda provides the biggest megaphone for these institutions.

That is precisely the opposite of what most people think they do. They present themselves as the ones who hold everybody else accountable.

Fauci's abuse of power, as evil as it was, is a predictable consequence of having a lot of money and power concentrated in any institution. The check on corruption and abuses is supposed to be the media, to the extent that they can. It is literally what they sell as a product.

And they are frauds. They are, in one way, the worst players in this disgusting game, because they are the people who sell the lies that others tell and give it the FDA stamp of approval as safe and effective.

You simply cannot hate them enough.
