The Disinformation Double Standard

If you don't know what the last day of voting is by now you shouldn't be allowed to vote. You are even more brain-dead than Joe Biden at 8 p.m.

Yet ordinary Americans were investigated, prosecuted, and jailed for making jokes about voting on a Wednesday or Thursday after the election.

It was election interference, misinformation, and a conspiracy to steal the election.

Douglas Mackey was sentenced to jail for 9 months for posting such a meme, which was the equivalent of the old joke that we should vote early and vote often--a joke told by innumerable politicians and comics. But it was a joke made by a Republican, so it is out of bounds and must be punished.

Jimmy Kimmel just made a similar joke to millions, not hundreds, and the entire establishment will no doubt come to his defense. Nothing will happen, just as nothing happens when celebrities muse about shooting Donald Trump, chopping off his head, stabbing him, bombing the White House, or any other call to violence against "Nazi" Republicans.

The Secret Service, which visits people routinely to intimidate them for saying similar or even more anodyne things, won't show up at their door, the FBI shrugs, and people love the shouts of rage because, well, Republicans deserve it.

Let me be clear: Jimmy Kimmel has and should have the right to make this joke. Because everybody knows that he is joking, that the election is on Tuesday, November 5th, and that such jokes are a normal part of life. It wasn't funny because it is so often repeated that it has lost its sting, but is less dangerous than a wet firecracker thrown into the street.

It's the double standard that bothers me. Kimmel's joke doesn't matter. His audience is filled with NPCs who vote for Trump in numbers that wouldn't fill a one-room schoolhouse, and even if that weren't true, so what? It was a joke. Let him say what he wants; it makes no difference at all.

The Establishment, the media, and the transnational elite have built a society where there is one set of rules for themselves and another for us. They go to Epstein Island, attend Diddy parties, spew a constant stream of lies and insults, and justify this behavior by claiming they are better.

During COVID, health officials partied, had orgies and vacationed while the rest of us were locked down and forced into "social distancing" that was based on zero science. It was their right.

When Sound of Freedom came out, the elite screamed that sex trafficking was a myth and a conspiracy theory--really!--because it fed into the reality that our border is open. They enjoy the benefits of cheap labor, access to sex workers, and sticking it to the normies.

Hunter Biden needs his whores, after all.

Ah, yes. The Hunter Biden laptop. Hunter Biden violated at least as many laws as Al Capone, but the entire federal government swung into action to protect him for years, as did the media. Hunter is of the right class, so he, of course, can sell the country out to China and Ukraine, extort money from people, smoke crack on video, and traffick in hookers and blow.

The CIA--yes, that CIA--and FBI and "former intelligence officials" and the entire media and Big Tech complex swung into action to defend Hunter Biden. No ordinary citizen has such powerful defenders, and God help a Republican who has an affair, no less is filmed on camera abusing sex workers while smoking crack and holding an illegally obtained firearm. Hunter can defraud the United States of America and the IRS while funneling money to his family, including the President of the United States, and have the media bury it for years and the Justice Department try to give him complete immunity.

The Democrats do "souls to polls" to drive black voter turnout, and are applauded. Kamala Harris does what amount to campaign rallies in churches and people shrug.

Conservatives do something similar?

The problem isn't Jimmy Kimmel; it's what he represents: a culture of immunity for the "right" people. They win, you lose.

Peru’s President Óscar Benavides once famously said,  “For my friends, everything; for my enemies, the law.” This is just another way of saying that the rules only apply to the little or "bad" people.

President Trump is beloved by millions because he is the target of this lawless elite, and we need him to win not because of any particular policy, but because that system must be destroyed.
