Not that you would know it from the relative media silence, but it was just one month ago to the day that an assassin took a shot at Donald Trump in Butler, PA, hitting and wounding him, killing one, and wounding two others. 

Since then, we have been lied to, and gaslit, the man in charge of defending Trump was put in charge of the Secret Service and his investigation of the shocking event, only one press conference has been held, Google has suppressed the news and Big Tech AIs have lied about it, and leaks have shown shocking holes in Trump's security.

So I went over to Google News to see what stories have come out today on the assassination attempt. 

Now Google News supposedly has a section dedicated to covering the investigation, so I assumed that it would be filled with stories marking the anniversary and updates on the investigation. What I got when I clicked over to that special section was this:

It really is shocking if you think about it. There are attacks on the Musk/Trump Twitter/X discussion, and then relatively old stories.

It's like it was a non-event.

Given how shady the coverup has been, how shocking the security holes, how little information we have been given by the federal government, and how angry the local law enforcement officials have been you might think that there would be at least a bit of curiosity about such a recent and world-shattering event. 

Nope. Not a bit of it. The mainstream media is studiously incurious about all of this. They want the story to go away and Google is happy to help them memory-hole it all.

It's not even like there is no news to cover. RealClearPolitics has a story about the toxicity in the Secret Service detail and the chaos within it, and The New York Post has a story with the interesting tidbit that Crooks trained alongside Department of Homeland Security officials. 

Yes, you read that right.

At this point, you would have to be a credulous moron to not at least wonder what they are covering up and wonder about Alejandro Mayorkas' involvement with Trump's security. You would think some enterprising reporter would follow up on that question, you know? 

Just sayin'.

Do I know that Alejandro Mayorkas maneuvered to put Trump at risk for an assassination attempt? Obviously not. But the preponderance of the evidence suggests that things don't look good for the theory that the Department of Homeland Security was not interested in keeping Trump alive. 

After all, the FBI and Homeland Security were happy to pull strings to allow a known Iranian terrorist into the country and happy to have him try to hire assassins. That seems weird.

In any case, it is indisputable that the MSM has been hiding the ball alongside the Secret Service and the FBI, burying the news, focusing on Coconut Kamala's "vibes" campaign, and working to destroy Trump. 

It would be bizarre if you thought we had a working news media, but of course, by now we know that they are as bad as the North Korean or Chinese state propagandists.
