I would feel sorry for the people who feel obligated to write this bulls**t but for the fact that they are dishonest, weird hacks whose only mission in life appears to be bowing down to the weirdos in the Establishment. 

Yes, I will drop the "weird" stuff soon, but I have gotten to the point that the word is indelibly linked in my mind with leftists, who, you have to admit, are super weird. I mean, really, these people think that kindergarteners need to be at parades where naked men whip each other in doggie masks, and call it joyful. 

Weird stuff, man. 

In any case, the new hotness in the mainstream media is trying to convince people that Kamala is a combination of JFK, Lincoln, and Megan Thee Stallion or something. She is tough on crime, a border warrior, and happens to be a really good dancer. She is all about "freedom," too. 

That's a tough sell, but they are giving it the old college try, as they used to say.

One problem they face is that Kamala is an unlikeable dunce whose idea of speaking is asking ChatGPT to come up with annoying nonsense sprinkled with Black Lives Matter and Antifa ideology. 

Hence the AP's story that Kamala is "calibrating" her message to make it more appealing to people who are not weird. 

Calibrating is the nice word for "lying." They use a word with many syllables to make her look super-smart. It's all part of the brainwashing they are trying to do. 

WASHINGTON (AP) — Vice President Kamala Harris is facing the delicate task of calibrating her policy pitch to American voters, a standard task for any White House hopeful but one that comes with additional challenges this year.

First, Harris is running for president while serving under President Joe Biden, meaning she’s linked to anything that happened — or will happen — on his watch. She inherits accomplishments like limiting the cost of insulin but also the administration’s struggle to prevent illegal border crossings.

Second, Harris has baggage from her own failed campaign for president before she became Biden’s running mate four years ago. During that Democratic primary, she backed an array of progressive proposals that Republicans have highlighted to paint her as “dangerously liberal.”

Harris has already disavowed some of her earlier positions, such as a ban on fracking and support for single-payer healthcare. And she’s pledging to keep some of Biden’s promises, including no tax increases on anyone making less than $400,000 a year.

It's called "making s**t up" and asking us to eat the sandwich he puts it in. This isn't "calibration." This is the weird Vice President and Democrat candidate lying through her teeth and expecting us to believe it. And she is selling the lies using the brainwashing power of the weird mainstream media who have a weird fixation with Coconut Kamala. 

They call it Kamalot, if you can believe it. 

“She’s going to come off as a liar,” he said. “Was she lying then or is she lying now?”

Simmons doubted voters would care about her past positions on issues like the “defund the police” movement, which Harris praised for questioning whether money was being wisely spent on public safety, because she served in an administration that pumped more money into law enforcement.

“Five years ago she said one thing, but two years ago she did something about it, and the crime rate is lower today,” he said.

Another lie. Crime stats are down because they are collecting fewer crime stats. If you don't collect the data, numbers suddenly look lower. 

It's not a lie, though. It is "calibration."

Still, to be fair, I have seen much worse stories than this. At least this one acknowledges that Kamala has a past that might be a problem. Most of those past positions were conveniently left out of the story, but at least it acknowledges that Kamalot isn't quite a newborn celebrity. 

This campaign will be decided based entirely on a few factors: how much brainwashing can be accomplished in 100 days, whether the investigation into the Department of Homeland Security's malignant negligence can expose the rot before the election, and how well the left can cheat. 

The left is all-in. They are already almost certainly committing campaign finance violations of multiple kinds, including money laundering. The censorship machine is up and running. Big tech is manipulating everything. And they are messing with voter rolls. 

We have to beat them by several points to carry this off. We can do it, but don't expect a cakewalk. We aren't up against Kamala Harris. We are up against an establishment that controls most of the levers of power.
