When insulting an alphabet person, don't misgender or you are in trouble

When it comes to alphabet people you must use the proper gender.

You are allowed to insult them, of course. Just respect their pronouns. Otherwise, you might be violating gender discrimination laws.

So remember, when insulting a trans-woman, make sure to use the term “bitch” or “c_nt.”

As I said in my earlier post, this is insane.

Calling a trans woman a ‘w—-r’ is discriminatory because the insult is commonly used in reference to men, an employment tribunal has suggested.

The swear word is not a gender-neutral term and so using it against someone who has transitioned would constitute a breach of equality laws, a panel concluded.

To insult a trans woman without being discriminatory, female-specific slurs should be used instead, the tribunal suggested.

Its ruling came after a trans bus driver sued the company where she had been working for gender reassignment discrimination.

Amanda Fischer claimed that another employee called her a “w—-r”.

The agency worker also claimed a driver drove too close to her because she is trans, which made her fear for her life, the tribunal heard.

She lost her case after the panel decided the “w—-r” incident had not actually occurred.

In addition, the bus company had argued that the swear word could be used against both men and women.

However, the panel ruled that if it had been used against her it would have been discrimination.

For those of you who haven’t figured it out, a “w—-r” is a male who engages in onanism. It is a rather generic insult in the UK, although like “bitch” it does have gender connotations.

More specifically, it is used as an insult with a meaning that deviates from its original–just like bitch. Most of us actually love the dog version of a bitch, and rumor says that most men are at least occasionally wankers. It is an odd reality that in English our swearwords are often bastardizations of words that actually mean good or morally neutral things. I rarely meet a bitch I don’t want to pet.

We have now reached the level of absurdity that perfectly acceptable insults must include the proper gender recognition or they can be punished. A trans-man can’t be a bitch or a trans-woman a wanker, but if you switch the trans-genders then everything is cool.

Make it stop.

We now live in a world where men who pretend to be babies–including wearing diapers, using pacifiers, and occasionally playing with their feces–are celebrated as role models for autistic children.

And we also live in a world where we must be careful to ensure that we use the proper gender insults when we call out people for being idiots and jerks.

You needn’t be polite but respect the pronouns. So it is in the UK now.

Most of us decry the fact that so many people who belong in insane asylums are left to rot on the streets, destroying themselves and the public square. The homeless crisis that stems from our abandonment of treating the mentally ill is a scandal.

But just as disturbing is the fact that there is another result of opening up the insane asylums: it turns out that a significant fraction of the truly insane are now employed by or running the government.

Surely there is no other explanation for the sorry state of our civilization.
