Sunday Smiles
I took a break last week due to the potentially indelicate interaction between the solemnity of Easter, Christianity’s holiest day, and the profanity of memes, which exist to poke some less-than-generous fun at others.
Of course, I did do a “smiles” post on Monday. I make my concessions to decency, but as few and as rarely as possible. I was born in the 1960s, so a bit of rebellion was pounded into me at an early age. As St Augustine said, “Lord make me pure, but not yet!”
I scoured the internet for ridiculous memes so you don’t have to. I hope you think the effort was worth it.
See you tomorrow!
An oldie but a goodie…
