No show for Ro, to the net she go

This way, it’ll be even easier to avoid.

Courted by NBC for a possible cable talk show, then spurned for speaking out of turn about it, Rosie O’Donnell says she doesn’t need the mainstream media to have a program anyway.

Typical quality journalism from People magazine — the show’s demise had more to do with money than Rosie’s big mouth. It’s just a little hard to wax poetic about contractual clauses.

“I’m going to figure out a way to do a show here, in my blogville, because I really think it’s the next way anyway,” O’Donnell says in her latest video blog post, uploaded Friday to Rosie.com. “Who the hell wants to work for a company with three letters that’s just going to get mad when you tell people what you’re doing?”

Well, she may have stumbled onto something there. Busted clock, etc.
