The second-most important election in the U.S. this year is two days away but if you’re hoping for a Scott Walker cameo this morning, you’re out of luck. With a six-point lead and lots of momentum, he’s apparently going to kneel on the football: No major media appearances means no chance of an eleventh-hour gaffe. Can’t say that I blame him.
