I don’t blame him for being angry if he thinks he was wronged on national television (although if he was, why didn’t he pound the table about it yesterday?), but I can’t help laughing at this anyway as an example of one of the dumbest celebrity feuds ever to hit American media. Remember, the whole crux of this increasingly angry dispute is with whether Whoopi’s and Barbara’s Amtrak seats were reserved or not. Given Beck’s, er, eccentricities, I can only hope we’re in store for a Queeg-like demonstration on his show this afternoon, replete with animated simulation, that the seats were reserved and that they could only have been reserved.
