Originally recorded for the album “Apocalyptic Pander,” here he is reprising “Jalisco” in a newly remastered, extended version for the Messiah’s March 4 push in Texas. It’s a sign of his and Obama’s deep respect for Hispanics, I think, that both of them have felt the need to actually break into song to communicate with the community.
