I find this very odd. I live in the town bordering Orchard Park, and the only town more white-bread than my own in the Greater Buffalo area is Orchard Park. It’s very well-to-do, and is populated with probably 2-4% nonwhites.
This thing just comes way out of left field.

It’s the brutality of it, the inhumanity of beheading; slaughtering someone like an animal, that makes it so awful. You want to kill your wife, there are a variety of choices. You can shoot, stab, strangle, poison, drown her in a bathtub. But no… he’s got to cut her head off.

I just pulled my old crim law book off my shelf (I’m an IP attorney/geek, so I’m rusty with other areas of law). Second-degree murder is usually charged when an homicide is unintentional. So, this jackass didn’t intend to kill his wife, just chop off her head. Right.
