I didn’t see an apology or even an unequivocal admission of being wrong. The reason the writer recommends dropping the issue is because it’s making them look stupid – at least until “the photo is debunked”…

but IF palin got tax credits for a child that wasn’t hers, and IF medical records were forged or altered… …those are FELONIES.

The “rumor” has already hit national radio and some major papers. They cover their a$$ by saying rumors involving her pregnancy and daughter. They don’t say only a total whacko believes this junk.

Keep stoking these insanely stupid attacks! If there ever was a group of people with such an amazing set of instincts for how to blow an election, it’s these nitwits. First they help select a screamingly corrupt, inexperienced naif for their candidate – Hillary has more baggage than a Saudi prince (not to mention some Saudi princes in her baggage), but she’d have a better shot of beating McCain. Then they start these attacks on Palin that are going to backfire horribly. They’re actually hurt by Palin’s main disadvantage – right now most people don’t know her and see her as a person first and a candidate second. Such low, stupid, and brazenly hateful attacks expose the hard left for what they really are – a bunch of misogynistic throwbacks who thinks Mrs. Palin should be back home, barefoot and pregnant aborting babies, not out doing stuff like running governments.
