Sorry, guys. I cannot stay away from the self-perpetuating doom cycle that the Women's National Basketball Association is in right now.
And you know I'm the sharing kind, so here's the latest heaping, stinking dumpster of diversity, equity, and inclusion hypocrisy, courtesy of the numbskulls at the WNBA who can't keep their mouths shut nor get out of the way of their own trainwreck to save their own lives.
Sophie Cunningham is now being painted as not only 'transphobic' for wanting girls only in girls' sports, but racist as well ('anti-black') as she seems to get wrapped up in fights with black players.
Go ahead and do a little chin stroking on that one...in a league dominated by a 70 percent majority of black players who all seem to take turns targeting Sophie Cunningham. Or Caitlin Clark, which will draw Sophie into a tussle immediately.
...Later in the piece, Bryant also accused Cunningham of engaging in "anti-blackism."
"Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham is now in the act, accepting the role as the right’s anti-Black, anti-transgender culture war ambassador, the role originally intended for Caitlin Clark."
At this point, you are likely wondering what wanting to protect girls' sports has to do with race. Unfortunately, Bryant never explained that to us. However, we suspect he realized, early in his op-ed, that arguing boys and girls should share locker rooms is a losing argument.
..."Cunningham needed the culture war to get on the map, needing it as much as it needed her, and all it took was a silly finger-point and being in opposition to someone Black," he adds. "To the aggrieved whites, standing up to someone Black meant standing up for them. Add transphobia to her portfolio, and the result is a star, the latest participant in an old game no more complicated than checkers but far less interesting."
Transphobia, huh?
The fellow who came up with floating that humdinger has his own issues, but what the hey.
This is wild. Howard Bryant, the writer trying to smear Sophie Cunningham as "anti-trans and anti-black," was arrested for choking his white wife, then assaulting a police officer, and then blamed his arrest on -- wait for it -- racism. https://t.co/YBTmVpY39n pic.twitter.com/NnNi0LIzEJ

If it weren't for contradictions, these people would have nothing. And that includes various coaches on teams other than the Indiana Fever, whose noses are out of joint because of Cunningham's stance on men in women's sports.
Speaking of sports, they all love sporting trans affirming t-shirts and sniping back at Cunningham about trans people being people too, who have a right to be any damn where they want to be.
TRANS KIDS BELONG - IT'S ABOUT INCLUSIVITY - BE YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF
Golden State Valkyries coach Natalie Nakase says men should be allowed in women’s sports.

“Sports is about belonging. It’s about inclusivity. It’s about allowing everyone to be their authentic self…that includes trans women.” pic.twitter.com/DQX8g7uyTo
Even the coach of the Fever is too chicken to answer 'what is a woman.' Although she did not pull the KBJ 'I'm not a doctor' here, she looks like a deer in the headlights, squirming through 'I'm not educated enough to know...'
Indiana Fever coach says she “isn’t educated enough from a scientific standpoint” to say if men should be able to play women’s sports. These people are batshit insane. pic.twitter.com/j5uCIPT2X2

It's funny how these pathetic, simpering women all publicly snivel and snarl in favor of a twisted, disproven, toxic ideology that would have biological boys and men dressed as women, masquerading as females, taking over their sports, stealing all their elite competition slots, and all their trophies and titles, and yet there's not a single phony female in this entire league made up primarily of lesbians and alphabet soup sex adherents, from the players to the coaches.
Not one.
Even more telling, you know what they do hate, these biological women of the LGBwhatever cult?
Real men.
REAL men taking what they see as THEIR JOBS.
Irony alert: Cheryl Reeve, the WNBA coach who wore a "Trans Kids Belong" shirt to troll Sophie Cunningham, gets upset whenever men take coaching jobs from women. pic.twitter.com/jhjsno3ftT

But they say they'd have no issue with phony men taking their players' jobs?
Well, then, why isn't one on the court already? Why haven't there been a plethora of trans teammates for these radical lesbians and whatevers on the boards?
European teams have trans players.
You know why?
Because these players would get their butts kicked and be exposed for the mediocre sideshow that they are. Up to now, it seems there's been some sort of under-the-table deal with the devil between the league, the majority lesbian and whatever players, and the LBGwhatever community to let the 'trans on the court/in the locker room' sleeping dog lie. A tacit 'by your leave' that has left only biological females on the WNBA courts while their verbiage and openly gay players allow them to maintain their support from their rabid trans and rainbow freak fan base.
Attacking straight, white, humongously talented Golden Goose Caitlin Clark with little to no repercussion for the past two years was bad enough. But when Cunningham appeared and fearlessly spoke the unspeakable, these coddled shrieking harpies' brains went into meltdown and overdrive.
And now they're getting caught and called out on all of it.
Outkick's founder Clay Travis is putting up $10 million.
First, as a wager for the WNBA Las Vegas Aces to play the boys' high school basketball team of his choice.
And secondly, to fund a WNBA all-trans women's ball team, since every last woman in the WNBA, with a few notable exceptions, doesn't seem to have a single objection to it.
PUT UP OR SHUT UP
🚨 BOOM! CLAY TRAVIS: "I have challenged the WNBA — some of their coaches have been saying that men who identify as women should be eligible to play in the league? I want to have a boys high school team versus the WNBA Las Vegas Aces. I'll put $10 million on the line. The boys… pic.twitter.com/NTOqWmW78K

..."We're going to put it on pay per view. We're going to make a lot of money for charity."
"Secondly, I am putting in an application to get a WNBA franchise for my home, Nashville. It's going to be the most inclusive team that has ever existed. Only trans. Only men who identify as women on the team!"
"The Nashville Balls. We are going to be the greatest, the greatest women's basketball team starring men of all time."
One of those trans European ball players with, well...you know...is eagerly awaiting his invitation to the States to come join a WNBA team.
I mean, who could blame him? It sure sounds like everybody, but Sophie wants a trans player on the court, and this guy is good.
Social media users are calling on a WNBA team to sign transgender French basketball player Julie Tétart, who averages 21 points per game.

Tétart, who came out as trans in 2021, is a 6'3'' machine, averaging 20 rebounds per game.

The trans star won Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, and Domestic Player of the Year, according to Fox News.
What is the @WNBA waiting for?
Some team oughta snatch him up before Travis does, right?

Riley Gaines is up for it. Why shouldn't the scolds at the WNBA?
Riley Gaines just dropped the perfect response to Clay Travis’s latest reality check for the WNBA.

...He’s offered to buy a WNBA expansion franchise, put it in Nashville, name it the Nashville Balls, and stock it with a 100% “trans” roster (biological males who identify as women) plus a matching coaching staff. Most inclusive team in league history, by the league’s own standards.
On top of that, he upped his challenge to $10 million: the defending champion Las Vegas Aces vs. a boys’ high school state title team of his choice. Winner takes the $10M. Game on pay-per-view, all profits to Tunnel to Towers for mortgage-free homes for families of fallen soldiers, police, and first responders.
Riley’s take is sharp: if the WNBA’s stated goal is maximum inclusivity (and the big payday), this is the opportunity of a lifetime. Decline it, and by their own rules they’re the bigoted ones.
He’s already shown he’ll put real money behind it — he and his wife just committed $10M to Vanderbilt Law School. The Balls merch is writing itself.
What say you, WNBA?
Surely the WNBA doesn't want the world thinking all they can throw are airballs?
And, after all, they're the ones who started this.
