Aw, Now Duffy's on the Dummy's Case, Too

Well, hasn't it been the week from hell for Minnesota Governor Tim Walz?

GAWD.

Doncha just love to see it?

There, the doofus incarnate (the 'Fraud Father' as my friend Mitch called him yesterday) was, on the hot seat time after time, taking punch after punch in the form of breaking, well-documented reports of mindblowing amounts of taxpayer cash having been effortlessly looted by his cherished ethnic voting block in the state. Christopher Rufo and Ryan Thorpe's outstanding reporting caught one lucrative scheme sending boatloads of cash to Al-Shabaab.

And Minnesota's own state employees called the governor out for standing in the way of accountability when they tried to end the Somali pirating of benefits programs.

The statement from the Minnesota State Department of Human Services employees was unambiguous -DIS GUY is 100% responsible and a vindictive ass to boot.

...Over $1 billion in taxpayers’ money was fleeced by dozens of scammers in Minnesota’s Feeding Our Future fraud scandal, the largest known COVID-19 fraud case in the country.

Tim Walz is 100% responsible for massive fraud in Minnesota. We let Tim Walz know of fraud early on, hoping for a partnership in stopping fraud but no, we got the opposite response,” the Minnesota DHS employees’ X account, which represents over 480 staffers, chided Saturday.

Tim Walz systematically retaliated against whistleblowers using monitoring, threats, repression, and did his best to discredit fraud reports. Instead of partnership, we got the full weight of retaliation,” the account charged.

“It’s scary, isolating and left us wondering who we can turn to.”

Pinned by an interviewer about the scale of the theft on his watch, Walz was like a brain-dead deer in the headlights, so hampered by his blank stupidity that he could only repeat two words.

TRUMP! RETARD!

(For the record, Trump was like, 'Okay. Here's the MRI results, putz.' And, surprise - Trump remains a studly specimen.)

Looking back with fresh eyes at Walz's actions over his lacklustre two terms, it makes one stroke a chinny chin chin in wonderment at other actions, doesn't it?

And dis guy thinks he's all set for a third go-round! That somehow, he and the delightful Gwen have earned another four years in the governor's mansion.

Well. It IS Minnesota, so all bets are off on what will happen versus what in a rational world should normally happen.

Now, back before the election was decided, the harpies at The View made a big deal out of gifting the rumpled Minnesota dumpling, then the Democratic vice-presidential nominee (thank you, Lord, for another bullet dodged) by virtue of his 'everyman' schtick, a plaid shirt which had 'Dad in Plaid' embroidered on the back.

One of the people who had taken exception to any characterisation of the fumble-fingered Walz as a regular Joe, after watching his painful efforts at LARPing with shotguns and small-engine repairs, was Evita Duffy-Alfonso. The lumberjack plaid was a bridge too far for this daughter of a real 'regular guy,' and she not only said so - she posted proof of her dad's awesomeness in that department.

I have to admit, I am duly impressed. Never did I suspect the ever-slim and now Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy stayed in fighting trim by literally scaling tall poles in record time, with an axe.

Or two.

Coincidentally, a Duffy axe about to fall is the latest self-induced pickle Tim Walz is now facing.

Thanks to all the emerging evidence of lax oversight of nearly anything the state of Minnesota was supposed to regulate, Duffy's Department of Transportation went snooping around as well, particularly in light of recent horrifying events with *ding ding ding* illegally licensed truckers.

Lo and behold, a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration audit has discovered that one-third of all the non-domiciled commercial driver's licenses in Minnesota were issued illegally.

Folks - we have a winner. And Duffy is fixin' to swing the axe.

A Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration audit found that one-third of Minnesota’s non-domiciled commercial driver’s licenses were issued illegally, the Transportation Department shared with The Daily Wire. Minnesota will be given 30 days to revoke the illegally issued licenses, Duffy says, or else it will pay a significant price.

Our audit exposes yet another example of foreigners taking advantage of Minnesota services under Governor Walz’s watch,” U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean P. Duffy explained. “Minnesota failed to follow the law and illegally doled out trucking licenses to unsafe, unqualified non-citizens — endangering American families on the road. That abuse stops now under the Trump Administration.”

“The Department will withhold funding if Minnesota continues this reckless behavior that puts non-citizens gaming the system ahead of the safety of Americans,” he promised.

Governor Tim Walz has thirty days to get this squared away, or the state loses $30 million in federal highway funds.

From the audit results, it sounds like there's quite a bit of cleanup to do, as it seems the processes in place for obtaining a CDL license in Walz's Minnesota were never that strenuously enforced to begin with.

...In a letter sent Monday, first reviewed by The Daily Wire, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration informed Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz that his state had issued an alarming number of non-domiciled commercial driver’s licenses illegally. The administration also outlined that its audit had found that the state issued these licenses to drivers whose “licenses were valid long after their lawful presence in the U.S. expired” and drivers who were “prohibited from holding a non-domiciled commercial CDL.”

The state also failed to initially verify that some drivers were lawfully in the U.S.

The Transportation Department wants Minnesota to pause issuance of the non-domiciled commercial driver’s licenses, identify all unexpired non-domiciled licenses that fail to comply with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations, revoke and reissue all the noncompliant licenses that failed to comply with their regulations, and conduct an internal audit to figure out how these massive errors were allowed to happen in the first place.

So, instant ground stop on all issuances, and figure out how the sloppy procedures happened in the first place, or else no dinero?

Sounds like an awfully tall order for an awfully rumpled, dumpy, not-so-clever guy.

But he'd better get on it, chop chop.

I don't think maniacally waving arms and squawking 'TRUMP! RETARD!' like a demented progressive parrot is going to work with these guys.
