As the Bond villains ruling the European Union rub their hands together in conspiratorial brotherhood, testing the scope of their censorial authoritarian powers on unsuspecting international travelers who inadvertently touchdown in one of their capital airports, the 1st Amendment hamstrings United States tyrants. A pesky Constitution compels these advocates of Big Brother Bureaucracy to utilize their federal judiciary and legal powers to attack from a different direction.
The object of all this concentrated ire - entrepreneur, super genius, and pretty decent all-around guy Elon Musk - simply goes about his life.
He carries on. Elon's a busy guy.
Besides all the business pies this perpetual human motion machine has started and maintains controlling fingers in, Elon Musk has taken time out of his technological pursuits to free the world's premier online clearinghouse for information of all kinds - X, formerly known as Twitter. He has released X from the iron bonds of censorship, de-platforming, muzzling, and banishment wrapped around the platform by the previous owners and the fascist government tools who influenced and coerced the 1st Amendment crushing operation.
In addition to a significant hit to his bottom line from the purchase price, Musk has been under constant assault from the first day his intentions became clear to horrified millions of devoted authoritarian advocates.
There was the threatened liberal exodus, as there always is when things don't go their way. They bluster and stomy-foot about leaving, they move to Canada or Fiji...and then it turns out they actually don't or never did. They're still here, and we're stuck.
There was the advertiser boycott over the availability of "misinformation," which invariably translates to "Schlitz I don't like to hear." The blackmail threat was famously answered by Elon with a now legendary "GO FLOCK YOURSELF" kiss-off.
(NSFW language - seriously.)

They should have listened then, but they probably hear him now.
Elon Musk: We are suing [Media Matters] in every country that they operate. And we will pursue not just the organization, but anyone funding that organization...Media Matters is an evil propaganda machine, they can go to hell. I hope they do. pic.twitter.com/b0vXxjR7gQ

He drives these people crazy - INSANE with frustration, I tell you.
A nutcase leftist Brazilian judge sought to shut Twitter down over the platform's exposure of corruption in the country, launching a criminal investigation into Musk himself.
After X announced that it had been ordered to ban prominent accounts in Brazil without explanation or due process, Elon Musk vehemently denounced the judge behind the tyrannical censorship orders.

Now, he faces severe retaliation at the hands of power-hungry Brazilian Supreme… pic.twitter.com/T44R1QB20l
By the first week of August, the situation was so out of control that Musk shut down the X offices in the country rather than subject his employees to potential danger. X kept humming along.
YOU CAN'T STOP THE SIGNAL, MAL
The EU's designated censorship idiot, Thierry Breton, took his second official shot at Musk, warning the mogul that his scheduled X Spaces chat with presidential candidate Donald Trump could well run afoul of the EU laws on "promoting hate speech' and "spreading misinformation."
YOU'D BEST RETHINK THIS IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU
Musk replied in much the same vein that he did to the Soros influenced advertisers - suck a stone.

Humiliation after public humiliation ensues for the fascist foes of free speech and the free flow of information every time they strap on a sparkly loincloth or Sponge Bob pajama bottoms and go up against Musk.
The gnashing of teeth. The constant whining. The mournful cries to an ever-shrinking audience of believers invested in protecting the world from "misinformation" and "hate speech," "misgendering," and "wrong think." God knows I have to have left some unforgivable woke sins out.
We've heard the wailing for years, the dire warnings forever, and yet the greatest danger we've faced?
We've not had to survive the evil deeds of those accused of such things as "misinformation" but the reign in power of those who have done the accusing.
Fortunately, that gene pool is shrinking - also a mostly volitional state of affairs - so the resistance is literally dwindling away and damn near impotent.
And, man, are the little tykes pissed off.
By maddeningly impotent, may I present this sad example of major progressive cope from a once hugely respected and influential publication. And yes, it's real.
Behind all of Elon Musk’s bloviating and attention-seeking is a small man who is simply not very good at anything. https://t.co/KNEvksGxLV

ELON MUSK IS A BIG DO NOTHING DOO-DOO HEAD
Yeah. That's all they've got.
Oracle's Larry Ellison saw the void behind the vitriol and sneers about Musk years ago and served a dish of harsh reality up piping hot.

"...Who are you?...This guy is landing rockets on...robot drone rafts in the ocean...and you're saying he doesn't know what he's doing..."
Fast forward seven years, with proof proving their pathetic Musk projections practically wherever one casts one's eyes these days for the "small man...not very good at anything."
WHO ARE YOU?
I know there are a couple of folks kinda grateful Elon Musk is a little more active than this dismally sad writer for this miserable rag implies.
If everything goes well, they might make it home for Valentine's Day 2025 from what was supposed to have been a week's adventure.
How Boeing feels is irrelevant. What’s important is bringing our astronauts home.

Without that little man whom The New Republic claims is really not good at anything...they wouldn't be coming home at all.
Ever.
That's a sobering thought, even for a foaming-at-the-mouth Musk hater.
Or it should be but who are we talking about here, right?
Doo-doo heads.
Yeah. I went there.
They can go...well...what Elon said.
