Terrell Owens is at it again. The controversial football star/TV personality recently referred to Pittsburgh Steelers’ quarterback Ben Roethlisberger “soft.”
Owens took aim at Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger this week on The T.Ocho Show he co-hosts with Chad Ochocinco on the Versus network (see the video below).
The Bengals receiver questioned Roethlisberger’s toughness in connection with the hit Oakland Raiders DL Richard Seymour put on him in Sunday’s game.
“A hockey player would have took that,” Owens said of Seymour’s punch, “kept on ticking. That shows you how soft Ben is.”
“Big Ben” Roethlisberger has, of course — despite his off-the-field antics — led the Steelers to two Super Bowls. (Owens, conversely, has played in one Super Bowl).
… And did I mention Owens’ Bengals are now 2-8?
Here’s the fun part. The Steelers play Owens and his Bengals in week 14.
Does the expression, “bulletin board material” mean anything to you?
