Hillary: 'Why aren't I 50 points ahead?'

Why would Hillary Clinton serve up a sound byte like this to bloggers and talk show hosts everywhere?

Wednesday afternoon, while delivering a video message to a a conference in Las Vegas of the Labor International Union of North America, Clinton laid out her agenda for supporting labor unions in America and then asked, rhetorically, “Having said all this, ‘Why aren’t I 50 points ahead?’ you might ask?”

The Washington Post reports that Clinton went on to answer her question, sort of. “Well, the choice for working families has never been clearer. I need your help to get Donald Trump’s record out to everybody. Nobody should be fooled.”

Yeah, she thinks the race is close because people don’t know enough about Donald Trump’s record.

I’m guessing the radio talk shows, blogs and readers sharing this video on their Facebook pages and Twitter feeds will e offering their answers to Mrs. Clinton’s question. I suggest you do the same.

I’ll go first: Mrs. Clinton, you had your chance to show what kind of Commander-in-Chief you would be. It was on the evening of September 11th, 2012 when Americans were fighting for their lives to protect your State Department employees who were let down by your apparent indifference or inability to respond to their requests for greater security. You failed that test miserably and four Americans are now dead because of it. When confronted with that miserable failure, you lied about it and you continue to lie about it.

That’s why you’re losing and that’s why you’ll never have my vote.
