Christine Blasey Ford’s attorneys made sure to point out in their letter to Chairman Grassley that their client is receiving death threat which have forced her out of her home. But she’s not the only person receiving threats. CNN reports Judge Kavanaugh and his wife are also getting death threats, some of which have been deemed credible.

Citing an internal law enforcement report that details threats to the protectee, a senior administration official told CNN Thursday that the number of death threats made against Supreme Court nominee Kavanaugh and his family have increased since Ford’s allegations came to light. The official said there are several current threats against the Kavanaughs that law enforcement deems credible, while several others have been opened and closed since he was nominated…

Kavanaugh’s wife Ashley is the town manager of the area of Chevy Chase, Maryland, where they live. She has also been harassed, receiving multiple graphic emails from her husband’s critics since he was accused of assault. In one email received Tuesday, an Internet user wrote “Hi Ashley” in the subject line.

“My condolences to you for being married to a rapist. Although you probably deserve it,” the person wrote in an email obtained by CNN.

Another message sent Wednesday had the subject line, “F*** YOU AND YOUR RAPIST HUSBAND.”

The Wall Street Journal reported several other threats had been received by Mrs. Kavanaugh.

One note to Mrs. Kavanaugh, a town manager in the Washington, D.C. suburbs read, “May you, your husband and your kids burn in hell.”

The other, whose subject line reads, “Hi, Ashley,” said she should tell her husband to “put a bullet in his … skull.”

Yikes! Democrats wanted an FBI investigation and they’re going to get one, only it will be an investigation of which Democratic nutjobs are sending these threatening emails. By the way, it looks like a word was left out of that last threat. One guess what it was.

Also today, McClatchy reports Sen. Dianne Feinstein is receiving death threats too:

“Since the allegations about sexual assault became public, we’ve been getting a significant number of calls and emails, mostly from other parts of the country, that have been disrespectful and ugly,” he said. “Calls have included threats of bodily and sexual harm against staff. Emails have come in with threats and highly offensive insults to specific staff members by name.”

Sen. Susan Collins has also said she’s receiving threats which she brought up in the context of providing protection to Christine Blasey Ford. Collins was mocked by Rep. Eric Swalwell earlier today, though he later deleted his “Boo Hoo Hoo” tweet and apologized for it.

Finally, as mentioned above, Ford has also received threats and a GoFundMe account has been created to help pay for her security. In two days the fund has raised just over $80,000.

Obviously, no one should be getting these threats, but anyone who imagined Ford was receiving them because her opponents are bad people is clearly not aware of how unhinged the left can get. Tensions are high on all sides. Hopefully, no one gets hurt before this is resolved.
