The Senate has confirmed Avril Haines as Director of National Intelligence, 84-10. This is the 1st of President Biden’s nominees to be confirmed. Will be the only confirmation on inauguration day. President Trump had two nominees comfirmed on inauguration day 4 yrs ago.
