Kid Rock’s Big Honky Tonk and Steakhouse was issued a five-day suspension by the Metropolitan Beer Permit Board after the downtown establishment was caught serving customers at its bar on Saturday night, The Tennessean reported.

Under phase two of the city’s reopening plan, bars are only permitted to serve patrons at tables and booths.

A photo of the entertainment venue posted to Instagram last weekend showed a packed crowd ignoring social distancing guidelines and bellying up the bar.
