Parliament again rejects Theresa May’s Brexit deal

March 29 was to be the day Britain left the European Union. Instead, the House of Commons voted against a partial version of the deal negotiated between the British prime minister and the E.U. Britain has until April 12 to propose a new way forward or crash out of the bloc without a deal.
