Congressman Ralph Northam used his time to grill Cohen on his shady business activities and false statements to the bank, but he concluded by asking “Have you ever been to Prague?”

Cohen’s answer: “I’ve never been to Prague. I’ve never been to the Czech Republic.”

The question of whether Cohen has been to Prague pertains to a segment of Christopher Steele‘s dossier that said Cohen’s phone signal was picked up on cell phone towers in the Czech Republic back in 2016. The intelligence report suggests that Cohen was there to meet with Kremlin agents and pay off hackers who were working against Hillary Clinton‘s presidential campaign and covering Trump’s tracks on Russia.
