Some of the survey’s respondents said it’s just time to give up on “The Vagina Monologues,” written in 1994 by activist Eve Ensler, because the play can’t fit into today’s far-left feminist movement.

The resource center’s email read, in part, “This created a need to ask the question: Do we still need ‘The Vagina Monologues?’ And, are ‘The Vagina Monologues’ still relevant to next-generation feminists?”

Apparently, many of the people who liked the iconic production, which is centered on stigma surrounding female anatomy, still felt it should be updated to include people who don’t have female anatomy.
