Cory Booker: "Push pause" on Supreme Court nominee until after Russia probe

“We have a president in an unprecedented way, who is the subject of a criminal investigation.” Booker told CNN’s Don Lemon on “CNN Tonight.” “Donald Trump has two, three years left. But we should put a pause on this now and avoid a conflict of interest and a constitutional crisis.”

The New Jersey Democrat argued there’s a possible conflict of interest for Trump to pick a Supreme Court nominee while his presidential campaign is under investigation for possible ties to Russia.
